Notifications

To ensure you don’t miss important information, we may send you email notifications and in-platform alerts. It is important to read and action these notifications, so you don’t have any outstanding tasks preventing your monthly levy submission.

You can control your email notifications and alerts from your user profile, under settings. Changing your notification settings will apply to all the accounts you have access to. The notification settings of others who manage the same account won’t be affected.

Note that some notifications cannot be disabled.

Case messages

You can contact Coal LSL with levy enquiries using the Case Messages option within each levy return. Case messages are specific to each levy return and should only be related to that return.

Support cases

For any platform or support enquiry not related to levy reporting such as system errors, login or access issues, click on Support in the navigation bar and open a new support case.
