About the Levy Advice form

Important note:

The following information relates to reporting on eligible wages up until 31 December 2023.

You can also visit this page for instructions on how to submit a Levy Advice form for hours worked from 1 January 2024.

The Levy Advice form contains information Coal LSL requires to accurately maintain records of an eligible employee’s entitlement.

All employers of eligible employees must complete a monthly Levy Advice form, due on the 28th day of the following month.

We make periodic improvements to the form to ensure it contains all the information we require and remains in the format needed in order for our systems to read and process the file.

This is why employers are required to download the form from our website or online services each month rather than using copies of previous forms submitted.
