Established under the Coal Mining Industry (Long Service Leave) Administration Act 1992, Coal LSL is the custodian and regulator of the long service leave scheme. Our purpose is to ensure eligible employees are connected with their long service leave benefits by exercising the powers and functions of our governing legislation.
