Long service leave in black coal mining

Coal LSL’s long service leave scheme for the black coal mining industry is one of the most generous of any industry in Australia.

It’s portable, accommodating employee movements common to the industry, and it’s accessible after eight years’ qualifying service – sooner in some cases.

It’s good for workforce retention, which is good for Australia’s black coal mining industry.
